Shipping policy

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Shipping costs $7 within NZ (residential areas) and $11.50 (for rural areas).

The cost is NZD$20 to ship to Australia.
International shipping costs NZD$33 i.e. for the rest of the world. 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

Vivo Bodywear ships from Wellington, NZ. 

SHIPPING

Shipping will normally take between 1-5 working days. Your order will be fully traceable during shipping via a tracking number. International shipping will take between 6-15 working days.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

If you place your order before 12pm, it will typically ship on the same day between Monday-Friday. 

During sale periods we will do everything we can to dispatch your order, however orders may be delayed due to high volume of orders. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

TRACKING ORDERS

Once you’ve completed your order online you will receive an email confirming shipment of your order. This will include your tracking number with a link to track your delivery online. If you don’t receive an order confirmation email from us, first check your junk folder in case our emails are buried in there.
